"These folks are the nicest bike shop crew I’ve ever met. Amazing service from pickup to drop off! I extended my rental by a couple days and tried to pay the difference and they comped me. What a wonderful group. There’s no need to rent anywhere else but Big Momma’s. Thanks guys! "

"These guys are great. Bought a bike there several years ago that I'm very happy with and just brought another bike to them for refurbishing and they did a great job. After a few days, the one tube they didn't replace let go. I took it back and they replaced it for free! They're responsive and quick to solve any problems."

"I had some family in town and needed an extra bike for a weekend trip around Naples. The staff was great got a bike for us and our the door in minutes. Highly recommend. "
