"Had the greatest experience at Big Momma's today and it restored my faith in owners of retail establishments in Naples. I do my own work on a 10 year old Cannondale H300 CAD Road bike and had a problem with my front deralier after replacing the cable . I stopped by expecting to have them keep the bike for a week and then have a large bill to pay. Not only are they fix it immediately but they were great people to speak with they and didn't want to charge after spending 15 minutes adjust it. Time is money. Sal is such an awesome owner and I highly recommend them for service and sales. "
