"Exceptional service! I used to have a home in Naples and bought two bikes there and always received good service. Good recently turned to exceptional after I moved to Miami and my wife needed a new longer seat post for her Biria bike. It has a 30mm post which is very hard to find. I went to 4 bike shops in Miami who could not help or did not try very hard. I emailed the company and got no response. In desperation I called Big Mommas where the bike was purchased.4 years ago,. They had no business reason to help other than being nice people. But Rob went to work on line, located a seat post and mailed it to me in Miami at no extra cost. You cannot put a price on this quality of service. It comes from inside and the way you value people and relationships. You can trust this business and its people."
