"Had an older E-bike in need of tires and general upkeep. Contacted Ryan on Sunday 1-29 and he had me bring it in. B/w Ryan and Lenny it was the best experience I've ever had in a bike shop..and bike shops are usually excellent."

"The people at Big Momma's were extremely helpful and nice in solving my problem today. I am visiting the area and brought my bike with me, but had a problem getting the pedals back on. They realized my problem and got me on my way in minutes. I highly recommend Big Momma's!"

"Awesome service. Came in to have them look at my squeaking break and they worked on it for a good 20 min. Changed the pad, clean the wheel, oil it and voila fixed! And they didn’t charge me either. Honestly great people, best service."
