"Thank you for taking care of us! We borrowed bicycles from some friends who live in Naples. They hadn’t been used in a while and needed some TLC. We walked into the shop just before lunch on a beautiful sunny day and the crew welcomed us in. Two hours later, the bikes were all checked, tuned up and repaired as needed for a very fair price! Thank you for your great customer service. We’ll be sure to tell are friends that live here your’s is the shop to go to!"

"Brought my ICE trike into the shop with some gear/chain issues. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem while I waited. I asked how much the repair cost, and they said no charge. I tried to insist on paying them something and they refused. Excellent knowledgable service all the way. A plus."
