"One visit to Big Momma’s and I am a life time customer.
Naples is a great place. It also has a lot of rich people with too much money, and shops geared up to get that money. I am not rich- I just want a shop with nice people who I can trust who won’t gouge me on prices. Big Momma’s is one of those places!
I went there with 2 bikes and 2 different issues. I figured I would have to leave both, and pay at least a hundred dollars. The first issue they fixed while waited and the 2nd one they finished on time. The 2nd issue was an innertube change on an e-bike that I had already made a mess of. They could have charged me loads but still only charged me for a basic innertube change.
This sort of honesty, value and integrity is something to be cherished in the Community. There is only one bike shop in Naples for me and that’s Big Momma’s."
