"Call them and told them what I needed, Booked a reservation 1 week in advance , when I arrived in Florida. They installed our pedals and my cycle computer mount . The Bianchi's we rented were well maintained and they actually had one to fit my wife (44CM) . We were pleasantly surprised and would recommend them for anyone looking for a great local shop, either for a rental or purchase . They were courteous and professional, will do it again next time I get to Naples."

"Once again, we needed to rent a bike for a friend of mine that came in for a visit. I called a couple of places and was shocked by the price. I remembered Big Mama's and called and was so happy to hear how reasonable the price was. We arrived late afternoon to get the bike and the person behind the desk said will start tomorrow for day 1. Awesome!!!"

"Great and knowledgable service__I brought my vintage 1977 Motebecane to another local bike shop who screwed up the rear derailleur and put a replacement chain that was too small which prevented the bike to shift at all. The tech at Big Mama's fixed the derailleur without a wait or a charge and put a proper size chain on for the price of a chain."
