"These people really go above and beyond to deliver incredible customer service. I've been going to Big Momma's for years for minor repairs, assembling bikes and to pick up accessories but today they really did something special. I was stranded on one of my longer bike rides with a slipped chain that needed repair and also my brakes. Not only did they arrive to the rescue in record time, they (or more specifically, Hunter) got the chain working, fixed my brakes and didn't even charge me. This is a great local business to support. Thank you again Hunter!"
