"These guys are beyond the best. I rented a great road bike from them and about an hour into my first ride took a bad fall (a 1-inch pipe was sitting on an angle in the bike lane). I wrecked my right shoulder and also damaged the right side of the handlebars. Sal took it back, didn't charge me a penny extra and said his only concern was my well-being. I've never been treated with such generosity and concern from any business. "
