"I had a positive experience during a time when we have all needed a little escape. My neighbor rented a bicycle and I thought it was a great idea to do the same. Trying to purchase a bicycle when COVID19 hit was impossible, unless you wanted to make a purchase online, pick it up or go into the store itself. That wasn't happening the first few weeks with so little information regarding risk, so I contacted BIg Momma's and they made it very easy. The bicycle was in terrific condition. They dropped it off and picked it up. Great experience all the way around!"

"Love this place. We rent from them often and the bikes are always in great shape. They help you find exactly what works for you and they really know what they're talking about. We've rented for our kids and ourselves and have never had a bad experience. I recently purchased a bike but the last time I was in to rent for one of my kids, the staff at Big Mama's was happy to help me with my own bike, even though I didn't buy it from them. Such a pleasure to deal with everyone in the store."

"We bought a tandem bike that is also a trike, a three wheeler and a two seater all in one. This unique bike was for my wife and her disease, a subset of ALS, that is robbing her of the use of her hands and now starting to attack the her legs with muscle atrophy and nerve failure. She can longer ride a standard bike or even a standard tandem bike.__The guys at Big Momma's Bikes are stand up guys and promised to assemble the bike even though they didn't carry that unique bike (unlike other local bike stores).__I would gladly advertise for these guys and how they handled the whole deal. Tough times for businesses like this with Covid-19, but these guys are professional, courteous and just plain good people.__Support this shop, whether you are local or tourist, they deserve and have earned it, in my opinion!"
