"I’ve been coming to Big Momma’s for 10 years now for service and bike purchases. Big Mamma’s is best in town. There has been so many cases where other shops want your bike for days, Big Momma’s can usually tune you up right then and there to keep you riding. They gave a great trade in price on a new Bianchi!! Thanks Big Momma!"

"I really don't know where to begin to thank and support Big Momma's outside of letting everyone know how incredibly kind, professional, and extraordinary this bike shop is. This is my 3rd, 5 star review of the shop because they deserve 5 stars every day of the week, all day long. To preface, I unfortunately cannot afford a car so I ebike to work, it's my car. Today, the bike broke down again (this bike was absolutely not purchased at Big Momma's), and I was totally stranded miles from home. These guys know that it's my only way around, and they came within a 1/2 hour and picked me up, so I wouldn't be stranded, and to attempt to get it running. This is not even a bike I purchased from them! They dropped EVERYTHING they were doing once we got it back to the shop to troubleshoot - because they are super kind and know how my livelihood depends on this stupid bike. Once determined that parts were needed, and the bike needed to stay, they drove me home at the end of their long day. I just can't say enough! Thank you so much guys - Jill"
