"I was looking for bike to do some casual riding in my neighborhood and not spend a lot. I found BigMomma’s Bicycles online, called and spoke with Hunter. Discussed what I was looking for, Hunter sent some pics and I made a trip over and met the owner Sal. Bought a bike and they delivered that afternoon free of charge. Having it for a day decided that it was not for me. 2 bikes later, I found the right bike for me. They never charged me for the delivery or picking up for the the 3 bikes. Their service is outstanding; if you need a bike, need repairs or advice, go see Hunter and Sal. Stephen M."

"First off: the Google Maps navigation to this store is currently NOT correct! The nav tries to take you down a side street, but the store itself actually does front on Seagate drive, right behind the Hertz. (Obviously this is not the owner's fault at all, just letting people know so you don't get lost.) In any case, you should definitely go there because the store is great! I dropped by to get a back rack for a bike I already owned, but then I had trouble figuring out how to install it. Not only did the they install it themselves at no extra charge, but the tech actually shifted a brake line so that it fit better. He was very meticulous and it shows! The owner is a great guy too. Highly recommended!"

"Top of the line customer service. I wasn’t even intending on becoming a customer here but I found myself in a pretty bad situation! I was stuck with a flat tire on a pretty busy road. As I was pushing the bike, a truck pulled over and I saw "Big Momma’s Bicycles". A young man named Hunter got out asking if I needed any help. He got my flat tire fixed and had me back up and running FREE OF CHARGE! Big Momma’s has definitely earned a customer for life. Can’t wait to come stop by the shop. Thanks again, Hunter!"
