"Had an issue with my bike. Another shop had said a couple of hundred dollars and no timeline. A friend dropped by Big Momma's and they fixed it on the spot, no charge. Wow! Great service!"

"Had an older E-bike in need of tires and general upkeep. Contacted Ryan on Sunday 1-29 and he had me bring it in. B/w Ryan and Lenny it was the best experience I've ever had in a bike shop..and bike shops are usually excellent."

"The people at Big Momma's were extremely helpful and nice in solving my problem today. I am visiting the area and brought my bike with me, but had a problem getting the pedals back on. They realized my problem and got me on my way in minutes. I highly recommend Big Momma's!"
