Terrific Buying Experience
"We bought two awesome beach cruiser bicycles from Big Momma's a few years ago. It was a terrific buying experience and we LOVE those bikes. Recently, after a few trips in the back of an SUV and removing the handlebars (yes, we probably shouldn't have done that) we had some issues with the screw/ bolt in one bike. We couldn't get the handlebars to tighten, making it hard to ride. We were afraid to cross thread the hole and do permanent damage, so we brought the bike to Big Momma's for help. They quickly helped us with the issue--re tightening the handle bars, re threading hole, ensuring the rest of the handle bars and neck were good, and giving the bike a whole quick look over. This was all done free of charge and judgment! They refused any payment! The staff was so helpful and kind! They recommended a bike rack for the SUV and showed us a better, safer for the bike, way to fit it in the back of the car. We cannot say enough about Big Momma's! Thanks for being awesome!"

Look no further for bike rentals
"We had a 3 week vacation in Naples and while the house included adult cruisers, it did not have suitable bikes for our 7 and 8 year old boys. Big Mamma’s outfitted the boys and really have paid attention to fit. Lots of personal and friendly help. Their bikes were excellent and they even threw in some t-shirts. There was a discount for multiple week rentals. Nice operation. Nice people. We felt good about giving them our business and we would do it again."

Service was incredible
"Rented a 61 CM road bike. Service was incredible, friendly, and very willing to help out with any adjustments. I brought down my own pedals and they put them on with no problem. Very reasonable for the week long rental. Highly recommend them!"

Very Friendly Staff
"We reserved bikes as it was a busy time of the year. The bikes were available straight away and looked practically brand new! The staff were v friendly and were able to offer advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!"
