"Wow. I just had a great experience at this bike shop. I am an avid bike rider. I do not have the latest or most expensive bike gear. In Naples that can be a problem ... everyone seems to have items that go well beyond what they really need. Bike snobs. So I brought my hybrid bike into BMs and they took care of my problem promptly and at a great price. They couldn't have been nicer. They seem to have great expertise and exactly the right attitude I cherish. Thanks much."

"I’ve been riding around Naples my entire life and have never had a problem with snow birds until about a month ago. One of these 90 year old New Yorkers pulled out without even looking and I ran into the front side of his car. Thankfully I’m alright but my bike had seen better days. My brakes and handle bars broke and need to be replaced and the front rim folded like a taco. The head mechanic, Rey, was amazingly able to bend my rim back and replace a few spokes and saved me money on buying a new rim! I thought it was going to take forever to get repaired but within 24 hours, I was back on the road! All of the work and parts for under $50! I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone how wants to be treated fairly and get quality service!"

"Took my own bike in because I had crashed it and my chain came off. They put it back on , loaded it back in my car and refused to accept any money. They couldn’t be nicer. Thank you!"
