"My wife and daughter needed major help with there bikes and it was Sal to the rescue! Helped load and unload bikes and fixed and filled the tires!!! They were so happy! We have also rented bikes from them in the past, which made our stay in Naples so enjoyable. We recommend big momma’s bicycles! Have fun and enjoy the ride!"

"Great service, friendly customer service. Rented a road bike for a week. Four days in had leak in front wheel inner tube. Stopped by and they replaced the inner tube right away despite being crazy busy (Sal: "I need eight arms!"). Made my stay in Naples extra enjoyable!"

"These guys are beyond the best. I rented a great road bike from them and about an hour into my first ride took a bad fall (a 1-inch pipe was sitting on an angle in the bike lane). I wrecked my right shoulder and also damaged the right side of the handlebars. Sal took it back, didn't charge me a penny extra and said his only concern was my well-being. I've never been treated with such generosity and concern from any business. "
