"I recently snapped my derailleur hanger and bent my chain while out on a ride. I brought my bike into Big Momma’s Bicycles and was fortunate to have Chadwick take care of it. From the moment I walked in, Chadwick was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately assessed the damage and assured me that he could get it fixed quickly.
Chadwick replaced the derailleur hanger, put on a new chain, and got everything adjusted perfectly in no time. Thanks to his expertise and quick work, I was back on my bike and riding that same day. "I, as a youngster, rebuilt a number of bicycles with no particular problems or issues. A few months ago I decided to rebuild my current older bike to update it's equipment. What a mistake that was. With all of the new manufacturers standards and unique country sizes and measurements I quickly realized I was in over my head. I needed professional help and fortunately found Big Mammas on Pine Ridge. These are some of the best people I have ever worked with. They knew exactly what to do and at a very reasonable price fixed all of my problems, and frankly went over and above to insure my complete satisfaction. I cannot praise their professionalism and workmanship enough. As far as I am concerned, they are the only bicycle shop in Naples and they should be the only one for you too."
