"Outstanding shop and service center !!! I had an issue with my shifters and cassette. Rey, the mechanic, did a marvelous job getting it PERFECT !!! It rides and shifts like the day it left the factory. VERY HIGHLY recommended.... My snowbird friends will be apprised when they begin to arrive. This is the bike shop for everyone needing cycle help.. :)"

"Outstanding customer service !!! They really care about you !! A major benefit is that you don't have to have a six figure income to be given great service(unlike the other Naples Bike Shops).Ray was helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to replace rivets on one of the bottle cage holders on my Cannondale Super Six Hi Mod.Two other shops in town told me to strip the bike down and send the frame to California !!! Really ???? Even the Cannondale dealer in Naples wanted nothing to do with carbon fiber !! Ray and I devised a solution that we implemented. The bottle holder is like new again ! (stronger than original) Kudos to Ray for his professionalism. Amy runs a great business. My highest recommendation !! :)"
