"These guys are great. Bought a bike there several years ago that I'm very happy with and just brought another bike to them for refurbishing and they did a great job. After a few days, the one tube they didn't replace let go. I took it back and they replaced it for free! They're responsive and quick to solve any problems."

"Big Momma's is the best place for bike rentals in Naples area. I've used them for several years in a row for week long rentals. The bikes are always in great shape and the service is excellent. I use the online ordering and they gave me a call right away to confirm my delivery location, weeks in advance. They made the process of bike rentals easy."
