"My husband always raves about this place and how awesome the staff is. Since he has been sick I’ve had to do vacation planning this year. With no knowledge, I called to ask a few questions and the young man on the phone was so patient with me, knowledgeable and just pleasant to speak with. No other bike shop will have our business, we will definitely be coming back here every time. Thank you!"

"It had been 20+ years since purchasing a bike and I didn't have a lot of product knowledge. Hunter was knowledgable, patient and was able to give me choices in my price range. After I chose a bike, he walked it over to the technicians who did a final inspection, shined it up (it rained during my test ride) and Hunter delivered it to my home later that day! Expert knowledge, attention to detail and amazing customer service makes this the "go to" place for all things dealing with bikes. I highly recommend Big Momma's!"

"I would highly recommend Big Momma’s Bike Shop in Naples. I took my grandson’s bike in for a flat tire and they fixed it while we waited. They also attached a bike lock carrier for us. The guys were courteous, knowledgeable and listened to great music! I’ll definitely go back to Big Momma’s for all our bicycle needs!!"
