"These people really go above and beyond to deliver incredible customer service. I've been going to Big Momma's for years for minor repairs, assembling bikes and to pick up accessories but today they really did something special. I was stranded on one of my longer bike rides with a slipped chain that needed repair and also my brakes. Not only did they arrive to the rescue in record time, they (or more specifically, Hunter) got the chain working, fixed my brakes and didn't even charge me. This is a great local business to support. Thank you again Hunter!"

"I highly recommend Big Momma's Bicycles with a diverse selection for everyone's biking style. The owner and staff are very outgoing, courteous and will help you pick the right bike for your needs. I am a returning customer after buying a Bianchi Road bike back in 2015 and I am happy to be a returning customer! They offer affordable bike rentals during this down time with Covid-19. "Well just left Sal and Len. They put a bike I haven’t used for years back in tip top condition. I’ve never been disappointed in anything these folks do. Excellent service and very reasonable rates. Highly recommend this shop."
