"Been meaning to write a review for a while. Big Mommas is a good 35 minutes from my home but it is the only shop in town I’d go to. Super friendly and understanding, took the time to help get a new bike properly tuned up as well as add a front mounted seat for my toddler. There are so many bike shops, and the 4 I went to prior to Big Momma’s were rude or acting entitled. One particular store in the collier/immokalee area made me feel as though I was a burden to them asking questions…… not Big Momma’s! Thanks again for the amazing customer service!"

"I, as a youngster, rebuilt a number of bicycles with no particular problems or issues. A few months ago I decided to rebuild my current older bike to update it's equipment. What a mistake that was. With all of the new manufacturers standards and unique country sizes and measurements I quickly realized I was in over my head. I needed professional help and fortunately found Big Mammas on Pine Ridge. These are some of the best people I have ever worked with. They knew exactly what to do and at a very reasonable price fixed all of my problems, and frankly went over and above to insure my complete satisfaction. I cannot praise their professionalism and workmanship enough. As far as I am concerned, they are the only bicycle shop in Naples and they should be the only one for you too."
