"Great and knowledgable service__I brought my vintage 1977 Motebecane to another local bike shop who screwed up the rear derailleur and put a replacement chain that was too small which prevented the bike to shift at all. The tech at Big Mama's fixed the derailleur without a wait or a charge and put a proper size chain on for the price of a chain."

"I cannot say enough good things about big Momma‘s bike shop. My wife and I bought two great bikes there but upon riding them that day, we discovered that they weren’t for us, as the style was not compatible. They gave us a full refund with no attitude and wonderful customer service. The staff is quite knowledgeable and personable. They have out highest recommendation and appreciation."
